Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read the Terms of Service and accept the terms. You agree to use any art made by me for personal use and that it is not for resale or commercial use. You agree to credit me as the artist and link to me if you are the commissioner and cross post on socials I have not posted on and to not repost on socials I have already posted on. If you are not a commissioner or owner of an adopt design you will not cross post my artwork.Violators will be blocked and blacklisted with no negotiations or warning.GENERAL● Arkwork from my commissions are for personal use only. They may be used as icons/profile pictures, banners, phone backgrounds, wherever you would use character sheets if applicable, or for other personal uses. (No resale of prints of my art)● Please credit and link back to me in some way if cross posting commissions to socials I have not posted on. Do not repost my art if you are not the commissioner of the artwork or owner of an adopt.● My commissions cannot be used commercially, I do not offer commercial rights for my commissions at this time. This will be updated when I start to offer commercial rights.● I retain the copyrights to my work and I am allowed to post commissions on socials unless a client specifically requests I not. I am allowed to add commissions to my portfolio and use them as examples.● I prohibit use of my commissions or art as NFTs or to train generative “AI” or any type of machine learning engine. Do not claim credit for my work or trace my work for any use.● While I am figuring out my workflow and how long each commission will take I will ask you to please wait patiently. I will gladly give you progress pictures and updates when asked and when I have made a significant amount of progress without being asked. However if you feel I haven’t reached out in a while feel free to check in, so long as you are not rude.● I require visual reference to work, even if they are not 1:1 your character or exactly the pose or expression you want. I prefer an exact reference if I am drawing a character with a set design. However if I am partially designing the visual element of the character, similar looking characters or characters with elements you want included are very welcome. I will refuse a commission if adequate references are not provided.● I reserve the right to add additional charges for more complicated character designs that will take me longer to finish if the client wants every detail accounted for. This must be agreed upon before the commission is started. Some extra details are permitted on a case by case basis at no charge.● All communications must be in English.● Any harassment will not be tolerated and anyone crossing that line will be blacklisted and blocked. This includes but is not limited to verbal abuse, excessive pestering, and sexual harassment.● I reserve the right to refuse commissions for any reason.PAYMENT● Payment will be via PayPal or through my ko-fi, I will send an invoice to you.● Prices are in USD and I only accept USD. Do not try to pay in crypto. Any other conversions are the responsibility of the client.● Payment must be made in full before I begin working on the sketch.● Unless there are extenuating circumstances I will not be offering refunds.● Repeated unpaid commission attempts will result in blacklisting and blocking.PAYPAL DISCLAIMER● All my sales are Digital Artwork and you are not getting any physical media.● Nothing will be shipped, your address is not needed for shipping.REVISIONS AND FEEDBACK● I will start the sketch after payment is received and the sketch will be sent to you for review. I will send updates via email as a .png● You are responsible for making sure all details are correct and included. I am willing to correct mistakes if I omit a detail that was present in the sketch but was forgotten in the lines. If the detail was forgotten until the end it is up to my personal discretion if I will add it.● During the drafting phase I allow 2 major revisions but keep in mind some major revisions will add significant time to completion. After this point only minor revisions are allowed.● Feedback must be given after each WIP is sent, if no feedback is given I will not continue until I have heard back if you have revisions available to you.● Feedback must be constructive and you must work with me to understand your wants. I am not responsible for an outcome that you are unhappy with.● I may not have your commission saved forever after completion, please save your commission and back it up to prevent loss.
